no idea.... but i already "booked" my id months ago when the nintendo acct when up.
bro, r u getting a switch today?
I didn't pre-order. Will go down game shops over the weekend to take a look, but not likely to pull the trigger unless really good deal.

Main concern is no game to play after Zelda (not interested in Mario/Kart/Party, whenever those come; unless there is Layton, Animal Crossing, Kirby games). Find it too expensive to buy just for 1 game. At the least have to get pro controller cos the joycons dont look comfortable (I dont expect to play it as portable except in bed). Probably have to get 128GB/200GB mircoSD (can use smaller capacity as a start but doubtful that there will be migration utility if upgrade later). Can probably skip screen protector (or just cheap one will do, no need bullet proof glass), powerbank, and pouch for now cos don't intend to play as portable. Still it adds up, not to mention the maxsoft tax. Unless I impulsive buy at a shop, will wait longer.

ic. Kinda in the same boat. Out of all the announced games, only Super Mario Odyssey and Zelda interest me. I do hope there is a warioware game in the future. Oh well, better to avoid shop these few days.

My concern is not just the tiny size of the joycons but also
- the tiny size of the face buttons (maybe it's useful in fighting games or something that require pressing 2 buttons at the same time, but looks like quite easy to press wrong button)
- the lack of d-pad. It's another set of face buttons, wont have the 'rocker' feel of having 4 buttons in a single piece.
- the position of the sticks which require unnatural angle of the thumb. I don't mind the xbox style of left stick, but the stick and d-pad are arranged diagonally (like \) whereas on the joycon it's vertical (like |). Instead of just moving a thumb around, it looks like will have to keep repeating a bend/straighten/bend/straighten action, which can be stressful to the thumb.
- the joycons also seem to have sharp right-angle corners if you are holding each horizontally without attaching a strap

I'll need first hand experience holding it to decide whether the Pro controller is necessary.

Really wish they will make a Pro controller that can split right down the middle, so you can detach the two sides and slide into the Switch, and slide them back together into a full Pro controller when the Switch is docked :s13:
