Yes, the game still exists. You can play any game downloaded on any account with any account. Since you don't login to the console, you just need to pick which account you want to access the estore with and it will load up the estore based on which region the account is set to.

You can still access the US app store or Canadian app store by just selecting the created user account which corresponds to the country.

Haven't tested DLC, but based on what I've experienced so far I would be shocked if it was locked. This is a far better experience than the 3DS, or even the PS4

So how do I get around nintendo eshop not available for singapore? Should I change my nintendo account to US before I start playing Zelda BOTW?

Just got an SMS that a ninja will be delivering my switch by today... bought frm lazada... not sure really can get today not

Yes. Since they accept SG credit cards now and if info is to be trusted, SG games can use US DLCs
