How to purchase dlc from other region? I using Canada account dunno how to purchase USA dlc

Switch DLC doesnt seems to work the way Playstation DLC works. You can have a US cart and still purchase DLC from the Jap store. I bought my Zelda DLC from US and my friend bought his from Jap. Earlier on, someone else on this thread bought the Zelda DLC from Canada :s12::s12:

You can buy but does it works? Actual Zelda dlc not out right?

That i cant say as i have nothing to purchase now. I have 3 diff region account on the Switch. Purchasing the DLC on the US account gave the other 2 accounts access to the DLC too. I can play Zelda with the Japanese account but still have access to DLC on the Jap account.

Zelda expansion pass is out but it only give u reward like treasure box etc if u purchase it now.. the story dlc etc will only unlock later part of the year.

Testing for wifi 5ghz on the switch is only 60mbps download and 30mbps upload. While i test on tablet is a whooping 266mbps fir upload a d download. Switch region is set to usa. Anyone having low 5ghz wifi speed too?

those who bought the DLC,should have e bonus chests in purple with e word EX on the chest.
they are located near e 1st 4 shrines

That could be because US DLC match your game cartridge region.... hence your Japanese acct can play too. (ps3/ps4 also work in this method)

Let me google for more info.

I realized switch have very bad wifi reception, worse than my iPhone, iPad has the best reception.

HOpe they can fix it. I suspect it's a battery saving feature, only minimum power to the antenna.

Agreed, near wireless router on 5ghz and only getting 60mbps doenload speed.... How to dl 32gb game like that.....

I doubt this is true. I think those reports were made becuz those writers apply their "common sense" on how DLC should work and wrote those articles more like for a preventive measure.

I know if u have a r3 physical PS game and after you hv purchased the r3 DLC...your same title r1 game can have access to the r3 DLC on the same system.


But for Switch it kinda seems to be different.. My US account have purchased the DLC and now the Jap account can no longer purchase the DLC on the Jap eshop anymore.
