you can get the console alone for 499 from a gameshop in AMK

then go to carousell find zelda for 65-70 bucks

i saw one a few days ago going for 50

haha... but you factored in 100, 10 and 15?

No la.. what i mean is if we factor discount in... then local set also can factor the above mentioned discount too mah. Without factoring external discount.. 639 is a fair price.

that one i think Konami is testing water.

the controller problem might be due to frame rate issue.

i agree, some of the game prices is obscene.

Konami isn't interested in making games anymore, they are going into pachinko machines. Right now is just a cash grab for them.

The best local bundle was from Qoo10. $590 after $100 discount. I paid $585 after using qpoints discount. So $585 - $89 - $79 = $417. Not too bad for a local set with warranty.

In that case, we can also get local Switch bundled with 2 games at $565 with qoo10 $100 coupon, 10 dollar qpoint, 15 dollar off for purchasing 500 dollar gift card.

690 - 100 - 10 - 15 = $565.

Factoring external discount isnt really fair to our local distributor. We should really compare MSRP. :)

Just wondering, what is the qpoint discount you guys are referring to?
