I dont think there is a problem with the battery itself.. seems to be software/battery indicator issue. Ppl has reported that they were able to run their switched for again 1 hr+ at 1% charge. Drain ur battery to 1% (Max brightness/run zelda game/wifi on etc) and sees if this is the case. Use up the remaining power and let the switch shut down itself. Charge it up again to see if this fixes the problem.

But the sad thing is I cant even turn it ON to the homescreen.
It just switches OFF after showing the Nintendo Logo...
