Yet the triggers on the pro controller are still digital only, not analog, rt?

Not like Nintendo needs the trigger to be analog. They probably think digital trigger will have a longer lifespan and not many games use the pressure sensitive function. I broke 3 dualshock 4 R2 because the "rod" holding the trigger button is super fragile. Had to fix them myself by purchasing replacement parts. Sony did redesign a V2 dualshock 4 and this time it seems to last longer.

i got it as a gift

anyway to check whether is it local set based on the serial number?

Have to check with Maxsoft or ask the person who give it to u for the receipt. Even if its a local set, u cant send to Maxsoft without receipt so its as gd as export set.

Anybody here looking to buy Zelda BotW?
I'm selling one cheap at $60.
It's local version distributed by Maxsoft, brand new and still wrapped in plastic.

Nintendo official fix for the Joycon desync issue.

Before sending it to Nintendo for repair:

After sending it to Nintendo (notice the black foam on the lower right):
nintendo-switch-joy-con-fix.jpg

Its a conductive foam that's been specially treated with nickel, copper or both so it can shield electronics from RF interference. Please dont open your Joycon and add some random foam to it :s13:

For those that need the conductive foam.. Ur pc gpu box shld come with some.

Finally took the plunge and got the Pro Controller. In charging mode now but feels so awesome in the hands.. solidly built and buttons feel great. Comparable to the xbox one/PS4 controllers. Overall very pleased. :)

Bro where you get it from and how much ?

http://kotaku.com/nintendo-says-joycon-wireless-issues-were-caused-by-man-1793530147

There is no design issue with the Joy-Con controllers, and no widespread proactive repair or replacement effort is underway. A manufacturing variation has resulted in wireless interference with a small number of the left Joy-Con. Moving forward this will not be an issue, as the manufacturing variation has been addressed and corrected at the factory level.

We have determined a simple fix can be made to any affected Joy-Con to improve connectivity.

There are other reasons consumers may be experiencing wireless interference. We are asking consumers to contact our customer support team so we can help them determine if a repair is necessary. If it is, consumers can send their controller directly to Nintendo for the adjustment, free of charge, with an anticipated quick return of less than a week. Repair timing may vary by region. For help with any hardware or software questions, please visit http://support.nintendo.com.

guess we can send in the controller?

time for Maxsoft to show why we paid extra for the warranty.
