Everything works fine just except I can't connect monitor through the dock, I tried with the living room tv no problem, but when I back to my room and tried with computer monitor is not working. At first I thought is the problem of the extension maybe not enough power for switch adapter then I use the plug for only monitor and switch it works. The next day same plug not working.... I have to change to another plug only it works. Not sure what is the problem here....

Errrr I don't think is the carousell problem la. Every time connect to tv no problem but connect to monitor got problem. Maybe is the dock problem??? Or is it my house power switch problem.... not sure for now. Dock problem can get replacement for maxsoft ma?

Read someone post having issue with the type-c female extension cable.

Just received my 1m CableCreation extension cable from Aliexpress. Tested, running fine. How "hot" it is cant comment cause only testing the connection, and i mostly dont cast it on TV. First time trying to connect it onto the dock will be difficult due to the spring mechanism. Second try onwards alot easier cause already know the technique. Anyway this is the seller i gotten mine from.

Not sure if you're referring to my earlier posts. My issue is that the USB ethernet adaptor is not detected when the extension cable is used. Got mine from the exact same seller.

Perhaps just compatibility of monitor and dock, you never know but hope you can solve it asap.

Don't think that's the problem... maybe the power voltage issue gua. Do u think I mention this problem to maxsoft they will check for me aaaaa. Got it from a seller she told me most of her console from qisahn and another shop I forgot the name Liao.

Do note before you go maxsoft you need a valid receipt else they will not entertain you. Suggest you try shifting your monitor out to living room since you mentioned tv no issues and the power voltage there should be working well

Depends on maxsoft, maybe others can advise you on this.

Since your seller mention most of her sets is from qisahn, she should have no problem giving you a generic tax invoic from qisahn since S/N is not stated on it, just to safeguard yourself to have a valid proof of purchase.

Did u get a official retail receipt? Without receipt, its as gd as no warranty. Maxsoft wont entertain u.

You need the receipt for Maxsoft.
I hope you asked the seller or at least can still contact her to get official receipt.
