I got 1.6 ft for length. No usb as it's a type c male to type c female extension.

What I mean is that some of us (blurpasta, myself and someone I spoke to on facebook) using 3.3 ft or longer extension cables are facing an issue with the cable. The USB ports on the dock do not appear to work properly when the Switch is connected via the Cablecreation cable. Gametaku is using a 1.6 ft cable and he said the USB ports work fine. Can you check if you have the same experience with Gametaku?

As for your other question, Amazon will only start to charge your card when the status is Preparing for Shipment/Shipping Now/Shipping Today. If you try to request cancellation at that stage, it will either fail (i.e. order goes through and item ships) or succeed and the pending charge on your credit card will be removed without any penalty. This is my experience at least.

No worries, thanks for the recommendation. Haven't seen many PD but many users seem to be doing well with other powerbanks w/o PD. Was wondering if I was a little crazy to want to spend so much when an Anker Powercore+ does a good job.

It cost me about S$150 altogether (shipping cost was more than the product itself), used comgateway to ship to me.

IMHO you dun really need an USB PD powerbank, for me I dun use my ravpower powerbank that often, it cost so much that I am afraid to use it I use my Xioami gen2 powerbank more often, it costs 7 times less and I dun mind if I drop it and it spoils. Although I have a new case coming soon, and if that case can fit the ravpower then maybe that will be the powerbank I will bring around.

Check for maxsoft logo on the box otherwise just ring up and quote your serial number.

I've found the whole thing to be quite wonky whenever the Cablecreation cable is introduced. The top USB port on the side of the dock works (sometimes) for charging the pro controller and charging grip while the bottom doesn't. So naturally I tried putting my ethernet adaptor (which is normally in the back next to the HDMI port) in that port and it still doesn't work. Once I dock my Switch normally, everything works fine regardless of which cable is plugged into which port!

I'm still waiting for my replacement 1.6 ft cable to arrive from China. Will do more testing once it's here.

I don't think I saw the maxsoft logo on the box..but saw that there is a sticker saying charger can only be used in Singapore ok will try calling tmr..hope I am not cheated..

Online can get u 70 but some may wait for 2 weeks cause from US. Best so far is sign new account from shopee and use new account coupon. I dont have the details.
