PROBLEM SOLVED

I have the onboard audio enabled on my bios. But i am getting no sound from my speaker despite:
--plugging my speaker jack to rear I/O "C/S Out" port
--having audio driver

The volume meter is moving on my playback devices in windows:

Ryzen 5 2600
B450 Tomahawk
Radeon Rx 580

Faulty audio on mobo?

Thank you.

try plugging it directly to the green coloured port. see if you can hear the audio.. if still no audio.. try your front casing port.. if it works means quite possible your mobo port is faulty..

oh ya, forgot to mention. my speaker is perfectly fine because i plug it to my casing audio port it works.
my mobo I/O panel audio ports all 6 are black color except one red. they're all marked with wordings instead of colors....

this bizgram wondered if they sold me a faulty mobo zzzz
edit: problem solved, thank u all!

hmm try plugging into the red port one.. if no audio, look for the wording that states front. previously you plug into the port that might indicate as center..
