But im sure if fans spinning i wont check for faulty psu first thing.

A failing 12v rail may able to turn fans but fail to power up the power hungry GPU, leaving machine with a black screen. That is why jump start / paper clip test is no guarantee of a good working PSU. Either a PSU tester or another working unit can confirm.

Just curious on Nigel. I'm also facing issues with my desktop, after some time of failing and sometimes starting, it's total failure now, it just keeps reboot itself before going into Windows.
Am thinking of going to an expert for diagnosis and repair, but if it's some parts that needs to be changed/preferably upgraded, will Nigel recommend and help to do it?

Yes. He's flexible. If you wanna buy your own component, he will help you install with labour fee only. Any question just bomb him. He's fine and friendly.
