No display and sound loop

My computer have experienced the above problem. It happens not only during gaming but also when idling.

I would like some help on where exactly is the problem. Specs are as follows.

2x GTX 680 4GB
i7-2600
16GB RAM
850W SeaSonic M12ii

Any idea how do I know whether my GPU is indeed the culprit? Running benchmarks is it?

Things I have done so far:
CrystalDiskInfo shows both my Crucial M4s at 100% health.
Passed 2 runs of Memtest86+
