No display to PC! PSU or GPU issue?

Sorry brother to trouble you! I have a problem with my PC. After cleaning my PC, my PC cannot start. There is power to my PC with everything spinning but no display. I tried reseating my gpu card and ram sticks and tighten all the cables but there is still no display. I have to keep switching my PC on and off several times before there is display again. Even when there is display, the screen froze and the screen blacked out again after 40 minutes. I was wondering if the issue is due to a bad power supply or gpu card.

You got onboard display to test it out? Maybe can use rubber and rub the GPU PCIE connector?

Onboard spoiled a long time ago which is why i use a gpu card.

I am using an average ASUS RX 460 OC 4GB gpu card. I wonder if any bros here have an issues with such cards. I have been using this card for 2 years without problems until after I cleaned my PC.

Suspect either your GPU or PSU is dying.
RX 460 is an old GPU, so is your whole rig.

Bring to Nigel to test if you do not have spare GPU or PSU.

Where is Nigel? Yes I am trying to troubleshoot and narrow it down to either GPU or PSU but no spare GPU or PSU to test.

My GPU card works on my friend's motherboard. Most probably is the PSU or PCI Express slot?
