Just went to a macdonald in Shinjuku and was told that there's no more macpork?!?!

Anyone living there or just recently came back from there can confirm?

Yup... Apparently they took it off the menu across Japan sometime earlier this year... My friend went Osaka and Kyoto in July but couldn't find it anymore...

No idea... seems like they took out the 100 yen menu from what I read from rocketnews24 site. I could be wrong though since some bloggers were still able to buy Mcpork for the last two months, just not sure where they bought it from?

I'm going to try this. Anyway their website doesn't have English, I hope their menu in store has English version :s22:
got to be ready for more pure Japanese though. Pictures would generally available for you to point to. have fun.

For me I still can make a guess basing on the Kanji. But usually the pure hiragana and katakana is the tougher ones. And partially recognized something wont help too. Like 焼き肉XXXX, i recognize it is yakiniku, but what is the XXXX means, that could be some very strange food it is representing.:D

Japanese food naming v creative one. Other than e usual suspect they will have names unrelated to the food. One example i can think of is one coin set for an item tat costs 500円

They still have it, I just saw it, on sale for 150yen. But frankly the pork patty is mashed until so soft there is not much difference from other patties..............
