No more smart 4 in camp

Recently went back for ICT, now got new rule, all wear long 4, because they scare dengue.
Got anyone in other camp also got this rule?
Is this an entire SAF rule now?

My ICT in Jan 2020 still in smart 4. Maybe they implemented shortly after that.

so means now they don’t even need to teach the recruit how to fold smart 4?

Just went back for ICT today. Got a few smart 4 here and there but majority in long 4.

I'm sure they still teach how to fold smart 4, whether the knowledge gets used is another story (parades perhaps?)
