No prompting for back up

hi, when i connect my iphone 6 to my PC, it only prompt me to set up as new phone or restore as a previous backup phone. it dun have a option for me to back up my current phone, I google but cant find an solution. Any advise here?

i click my phone, but no prompting of back up come out.
