I mistakenly withdraw more than SGD20k and now got to wait 3-10 business days. This remind me this is a investment fund and not a actual bank...

ok lah ..you get guaranteed 4.6% already right
ytd bought in a bit when USD is raising, today wake up and nice little surprise awaits!
add up both USD (equivalent iin sgd) and SGD accounts with the interest earned give me double digit return when usually it is below $5

wonder what time the refresh their FX rates

answering my own question, i see 1 number at 9am and another number at 2pm
maybe the FX updates 2 times a day

In the FAQ I noticed the below:
Why are my card transactions processed in XSGD?
Your card transactions are processed in XSGD, which is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Singapore Dollar (each XSGD is equivalent to one Singapore Dollar). While your transactions remain in SGD, processing them in XSGD utilises blockchain technology for efficient payment settlement, ensuring secure and speedy transactions. Rest assured, no fee will be incurred when SGD is converted to XSGD and vice versa and this doesn't impact your transactions in any way; it's just a behind-the-scenes process for smoother payments.
Quick google search shows the XSGD may be legit (approved by MAS?), I always skeptical when it comes to crypto. Anyone know why they use XSGD instead of classic SGD for card transaction?

The card is issued by Xfers, so it's promoting usage stats for their XSGD stablecoin.

As Chocolate goes from strength to strength, we believe that being super secure is just as important as being super awesome.
That's why we're introducing an extra layer of security to safeguard your money.
Starting today, withdrawals can only be made to verified bank accounts—protecting against scammers and making sure your money stays extra safe. Your withdrawal account will be automatically verified when you send money from a bank account in your name to your Chocolate account. Once verified, it will appear as an option when you make a withdrawal.

Our mission is simple: Only you should be able to put money into your Chocolate account, and only you should be able to take it out. We’re constantly evolving to make Chocolate even safer, while keeping everything seamless and effortless for you.
What this means for you:
⚠️ Any existing unverified withdrawal accounts will be removed from the app. If you've previously withdrawn from Chocolate, you'll need to re-add your withdrawal account. Simply make a top-up of any amount from a bank account in your name, and we'll instantly verify and save it for future withdrawals.

🔍 Note: If you add money using PayLah or similar mobile payment solutions (i.e., not directly from your banking app), you will not see this as a withdrawal option, we’re working on adding this next!
This update ensures that only you can access your money and keeps it protected. Happy money is safe money.

if fail will my card be blacklisted?
Thanks!

You typically dont mix investments with debit card account/wallet/pockets ...
Money is fungible and you always have the option to lock the debit card when not in use. Also could use it as a wallet and not put too much into it.

The way I see CF product, they're suggesting you do not put more than 20k
