Very shocking if you read the prospectus properly, $12k paid for francise fee then give back $12k for using their space. So is basically using the brand for free. The restaurant at mattar is the most profitable, seems like the owners don't want to let the company earn.

i don't think that's the case. the mattar road branch is owned by the brother/sister? so i'm guessing it's more of a family issue that's why they've not incorporated that branch into the business. it has always been this way for a long time now. so the 12k-12k makes sense even though the main owners are not getting anything out of it
