No sound coming out

Guys need help from this. Using creative soundblaster zx.
Alrdy set output to the card but no sound.

Used to have sound one but normally I need go YouTube open a video then keep changing the volume up and down then got sound.
But this time round no sound means no sound..

Go to Settings and look for this:
Gamer
Entertainment

.... change it to Entertainment mode if default is Gamer.

Go the sound blaster software and change it to speaker setting. It is default as headphone.
