No statement since Jan-2016

My bank cannot generate one of my account statement since January. I told them I M ok if they send me paper statement (suppose to be online),but they also said cannot.

I just got a call and thry told me they will try to see if March statement will generate on 27. But they cannot promise.

I am very agitate with them especially with their arrogant attitude asking for my cooperation.

Can I report this to MAS?

What exactly they do to be perceived as arrogant? Sometimes can't help it if there is system error and the CSO may not be in the position to promise when the system can be fixed.

I know this is not something that CSO can fixed. But raising voice and asking my cooperation is not something they should do.

This issue has been there for > 2 months and they cannot even tell me when this can be fixed.

The previous called I asked for the bank to send me official letter to indicate the min amount due and the due date. The girl was so defensive and telling me she can tell me over the phone.

Monthly statement. and this has not been generated since January 2016. And they did not know until I called them asked them if I should get a statement in January.

I thought this is just a "normal" issue that they have which "forget" to "tagged" the account when I took the BT.

Then they told me there is issue with consolidated statement so they have to unconsolidated. I told them whatever, I am happy with anything.

I rather not to mention the bank name la. They are not local but they have size-able operation in Singapore

no cannot see the statement. if i can see the estatement then no issue la.

Nothing new, this stupid bank gave me a card with 7K limit.

6 Month down the line, gave me another card; reducing the limit to 3.5K each.

6 month later I cancelled one of the cards, asked them to restore my limit, they never did.

So I also cancelled the remaining card, after trying 4 times to restore my limit.

When I was making cancellation request, they still had the nerve to ask me to try one more time to restore credit limit. I told them forget it.

The bank you mentioned sound the other Brother with 4 letter acronyms. The one gave me their most prestigious card with only $6800 limit. Even the annual fee itself already $488

Not difficult to guess becoz not many banks combine/consolidate savings and credit cards into a single statement.

It's really weird with this combined statement thingy because you can't produce a copy of savings statement without exposing credit card bills to others .

This one I agree. Recently they refused to waive my late payment charge and was pretty defensive about it (I know it's my fault but I asked them nicely and they lectured me about setting up giro). Anyway I cancelled the credit card.

haha ya but usually other banks will waive off. And I buay gam wan leh. My outstanding balance was just $600+, paid 3 days late. not $10K paid 1 month late. then again, you are right, they prob wanna earn from people like me kekeke. good money. owe abit nia, pay fast but still wanna charge. so good bye to them.
