It is the culture.
Westerners care for others quite a bit. People care for one another. They look out for one another.

Part of it is because they lived on big open spaces and needed to work together to survive and flourish. Not against one another. So cooperation. Care. You do well. I do well. We look out for one another.

Whereas in SG is COMPETITION. People everywhere. You die your business. In fact you die means I got one less competitor.

So end up SG is OWNSELF CARE OWNSELF PWN OTHERS.

Must take care of your own body mah…….

i felt younger nowadays with regular exercise and taking nutritious whole food. have have weight lost also
