Hi all,

Im quite confused on how to reserve seats for the mentioned bus..

Because i will purchasing the Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass,

how do i reserve the seats or do I have to be there on the actual day that i
will be taking the bus to Shirakawa-go and Takayama

you just have to go to the bus terminal to reserve the day before....from Takayama to Shirakawa-Go...its a must to do reservation as this route is extremely popular....for other routes like Takayama-Matsumoto.....you can don't bother with reservations as demand is relatively sparse for this route

I will be going from,

Kanazawa to Takayama and back to Kanazawa (daytrip)
Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go (spend a night at shirakawa-go)
Shirakawa-go to Takayama (proceed to take train from takayama to nagoya)

and it will be during the 1st few days of January, will it be full? as if i understand it will be their new year..
