NFC will be more mainstream when cashless payments become more mainstream... so not too soon I think.

Some cashless payments can also be made using QR code because it is cheaper for the retailers.

Why not try TL-ABT with Google Pay? NFC SIM like not as useful as Google Pay leh.

Redmi Note 5 can always install custom ROM, but not everyone wants to do that. Hahaha.
