Pros
  • Frosted glass back feels nice, is hard to find in the midrange.
  • Android One delivers the Pixel experience at a fraction of the price, timely updates are nice to have too.
  • Good video stabilization in 1080p/30fps.
  • Has a Nokia badge?
Cons
  • While decently bright, the display's prevalent blueness is nigh impossible to get rid of, black illumination is noticeable too.
  • Battery life isn't competitive, neither is charging speed.
  • The chipset is showing signs of age, more powerful and power-efficient options are available.
  • Unimpressive camera output despite promising hardware.
  • No 1080p/60fps video, meh 1080p/30fps footage.

HMD is targeting and focusing on mid range market.

Then their pricing strategy is all wrong. 7.2 is USD 349, one could get a 675/730 or even a 855 at same price or by just bumping up a little to 399. Heck, Pixel 3a is just 399 without discounts.

While swift updates are highly desired, that's a situation that can evolve. Hardware is permanent the moment you buy.

Nokia 6.2 review

Pros
  • Excellent design and looks, dual Gorilla Glass 3
  • Bright display, supposedly HDR-capable
  • Android One offers Pixel-level software experience and timely updates
  • The 4K video is not bad, great portrait shots
    Cons
  • We couldn't play any native HDR video content
  • Mediocre battery life and slow charging
  • Lackluster performance
  • Modest photo quality
  • Bad 1080p videos
  • Terrible selfies
The verdict
Well, with everything that's going on with the Nokia 6.2, or not, we just can't recommend this Android One-powered smartphone no matter what.

Maybe, just maybe, if its price drops down to €150 or lower, or your carrier is giving it for free, then you should consider it. But we strongly believe that even then we can find you a better phone.

Has anyone been to the local authorised Nokia service centre called Communication Mobile Services Pte Ltd at Queen Street?

Redwhitemobile website stock is not updated. Been 3 days since they out of stock for note 10 and they list as still in stock. Best is to WhatsApp them for real stock status.

A few days ago, I saw the stock on their Qoo10 listing for the Nokia 3.1 plus was 300+... then the very next day they closed that listing and put it as OOS... I think they took it down not bcos of that but for other reasons... maybe bcos of the introduction of the $15 off $70 bank coupon...

Thinking of buying 5.1 or 6.1 plus. Do they really have charging port loose problem as mentioned widely on the Internet?
