non-camera smartphone?

what's a good/budget non-camera smartphone for ict? wanted to get ino3 but it seems it's not avail anymore. have spare iphone but don't wanna remove my camera + troublesome to get documentation

frankly everybody darn nsmen... all brought their camera phone... even for major exercise... even the one last year appeared on newspaper....

just hiong ur camera phone in, everyone including regular also do it, but all diam diam only

if u really scared take a old phone and remove cam lor.
fyi i used iphone 4s and remove cam and it worked. easy and cheap, only cost me like abit to remove it.
or u can simply buy a cheap xiaomi phone then remove it
