if u want absolute cheapest brand new rig for home/office use, u can get a ryzen 3200g system. while it is pretty slow compared against current gen, it is adequate for web browsing and video playback. u can also pay a little bit (~$50) more for a core i3 10105 system for a substantial boost in raw performance, though ur mileage may vary whether that will translate into a better user experience.

Intel current gen value CPUs are great, but the mobos are so pricey (and their budget boards perform so badly below spec) that it ruins the value proposition.

Ryzen value CPUs & APUs are coming out in April; the current-gen 5600G APU (6-core 12-thread) should drop in price accordingly once that happens, and it should serve you well once paired with a budget B550 board.

Can just use onboard GPU if you are not using, old GPU like Geforce 560 Ti are not supported
by Win 10/11 as it lack UEFI driver.
So if you use on newer PC you will see this message:

The PC have to be in CSM mode (Legacy boot) in order to work with the newer graphic card.
Only Geforce 700 series onwards than have UEFI support, UEFI enables fast boot as well as
secure boot.

So you can build either a AMD or Intel PC use the IGP will be better for use with Win 10/11.

Is no issue but when the PC boots you see this screen.

Thus is legacy boot, UEFI boot is brand logo like Asus than desktop load.
Use IGP for the newer pc to take advantage of newer hardware capabilities.

Problem with sls is they only give discount with full build. Nowadays i just shortlist my parts and compare prices between amazon, shopee and lazada.
