I am male, in my early 30s,
I have already gone for full health screening, the only issue is good cholesterol on the lower side, 50mgs versus the required 59mgs and above and slightly underweight. Doctor say he was happy with health report, but the health screen might not paint an overall picture of my health.

1) I got a migraine and tension-type headache. The most common cause of headache is too much arousal from the workplace, phone, or television and cause me not being able to sleep, even though I have taken panadol the day before the next morning I wake up with a headache, don't feel like talking to people, feel like shutting down the television and pushing people away from me. Currently, the only way to get immediate relief is to take an immediate nap or listen to some soothing music. I have been advised by a neurologist to take a high dose of vitamin B2 and take panadol as and when required. Sometimes when I looked at the phone for too long, my right side of my eye will pain. I was advised by the same doctor to do more cardio exercise due to my sedentary work nature. This is still the most pressing health issue as of now. Haven't do any MRI or CT scan before.

2) I am diagnosed with mild chronic gastritis and irritable bowel syndrome by a gastrointestinal specialist, he put me on 6 weeks of stomach acid-reducing agent. I have told him about my tendency to overeat times and consume a good amount of sugar everyday.

3) Blocked nose, whenever I am at home, one side of the nose will block at night. I have taken all types of antihistamine, nasal saline, nasal steroid, nothing works, the only thing that works is a nasal decongestant, but I was advised not to take them in the long run. I have gone for radiofrequency turbinate reduction surgery, but still not optimal, last time my blocked nose will act up once a week compared to last time thrice a while. Have gone for several rounds of nasal endoscopy in the hospital but the doctor keeps saying there is nothing wrong with the structure of my nose. The ENT doctor says I am allergic to dust mite and cockroach, but despite keeping my house so clean, the problem still persists. Haven't done any CT or MRI scanning yet.

4) I got neck pain which will act up once every 4 months, it results in my not being able to lift my head straight for the next 3-4 days before the pain subsided again. Cause by running or push up exercise. The only thing that can cure the neck pain almost immediately is acupuncture. Did an X-RAY, but found nothing wrong.

What should be my main priority now?
I am thinking of getting a food allergic test.

Migraine + Headaches: I have them too. For mine, it's bad posture and stress! You might want to keep a lookout for these ^

mild chronic gastritis and irritable bowel syndrome: Sorry can't help you much here but please start to eat healthier. Less junk food and sugar. If you can't stop immediately, perhaps start exercising more

Blocked nose: Do you clean your house or sleeping area often? Check your bed especially

neck pain: you have quite a bad posture actually. do you use your phone a lot? suggest seeing an expert for your acute pain to get rid of your headache and neck pain once and for all.
