So as you know you can you can save and backup stuff on your gmail account under the options shown here

Well i factory reset my phone.

I start it up and log into my gmail account. I then manually find the apps and reinstall them but all their saved information isn't there.

I reinstall whasapp and whatsapp saves all msgs automatcally everyday unto the sd card that is why i can get them back.

I find that my reinstalled apps are all new and not restored from the back up

my sms are gone and so are my call logs.

How do you get them back?

Phone not rooted so titanium not installed.

Call Logs, SMS, MMS and Wallpaper can be restored from and backup to Samsung Account.

Look for Helium backup on the play store.
It is the only legit play store backup option.

Alternative is to use adb backup via a computer.
