Non-USB/Direct connection 5s charger

Does anyone know where I can get a reliable 5s charger that doesnt use a USB end? As in it will directly connect to the wall socket as a one-piece charger

For camp use? Try getting a micro USB version and the $28 microUSB to Lightning adapter from Apple.
