noob qns about amber alert

What are the chances of getting activated for amber alert for these 2 months,Apr and May?
If my unit got no mob briefing,etc beforehand,does it mean I will not get activated?

mob briefing will have now and then one.
Activation normally someone will inform u before hand one

amber alert means need to go camp earlier not M+4 but M+2 iirc :(

if red alert means gg riao
