Usually the picture is hosted elsewhere (imgur). Click on the

button at the Post Reply section. Insert the direct image url. The picture should show.

Of course, you can upload an image as an attachment but there's a size limit and it won't show as opposed to a hot-linked image.

Hello!
You are able to post directly from your Smart phone! (Both iOS & Android)
All you have to do is to link* an imgur account to the Official Hardwarezone Mobile App.

*It is a one time process done in the settings menu of the official HWZ forums mobile app.

After which you would be able to upload directly to the forums from your phone's camera or gallery!

Other options are available as well such as embedding a .jpg from another site or from your recent 50 uploads to your imgur account.
