I'm thinking of building a new pc. My current display setup is a dell u2312 and a samsung 32inch tv.

My question is:
Do I require a higher end graphics card to just power both displays?

Usually i will watch videos on the tv while i play dota on the dell monitor.

What is your current GPU?

So long as its gaming on just 1 screen it should be fine.

Not unless you are going for dual screen gaming.

So it means that if im only doing one thing on one screen (not gaming on dual screens with higher resolution), the extra amount of graphical powers required is very little?

It should be sufficient so long as you are not gaming on both screens.
