Hi

After I repaired my note 10.1 for the charging issue and the problem occurs again. Anyone know whether i can ask for an exchange when I send down for 2nd time repair?

Problem is the device sometimes can't detect the supply and I need to switch on n off for few times. Sometimes it indicates charging but the % keeping dropping.
Now worst is the whole device got flat and i cannot charge at all.

Agreed. The Note 10.1 just like the other Tabs requires a higher current to charge... most chargers and even usb ports are equipped with 1A only... The set will display an X on the battery icon. This means that the set IS charging albeit at a slower pace(half power only).

If you are using the original charger that comes with the set and it is not charging you have a case to complain...

Actually if you guys have use for the hdtv adapter, the adapter actually allows other form of charging including those portable charger, usb, other chargers to charge normally.
