Note 2 Lte Battery Charging Time

Hi,

I have recharged my Note2 Lte yesterday for the 1st time using the standard charger given in the set (excluding the 1st time charging of 8hrs of the new set). I realised that it took 6hrs to charge from 3% to 100%. Can anyone advise me on the battery charging time I have encountered? It is normal or is there anything wrong?

No, I left it charging over the night w/o touching

I using the original charger that come in the box

Check the output rating of the chargee again and make sure it says 2A.

yah do check. mine charge pretty fast. i am impressed with the 'power charge' on note2. charged like 20% to 70% in about half an hour..

Ya...around that speed. When I plugged in my s3 1A charger it became really slllooooowwww

If same output setting should be ok. But then I'm not sure if the auto cutoff function works.

the best is use everything in original... Dun go for 3rd party item if you have spare note2... hope u get what i mean.

What power charge is that? Do you have a pic of it? I would like to get one.
Also any bro here can recommend powerbank? Too many brands which confuse me. Thank you.

Had the same problem. Found out it's the cable. Tried using the cable from an xperia charger and now fully charging in less than 2 hours.

Use Galaxy Charging Current app to check. If you get max/ave of 1800maH, it's good. 6hr charging means you're getting only around 500maH.

Your phone will decide how much current to draw, there is a maximum limit. As long as the rated voltage is 5V, you are fine.

Does anyone had recommendation for power bank that will charge as fast as the original charger?
