Note 3 charging sound

Hi all anyone encounter this problem...

when i plup in the cable to the phone for charging, this are vibate and sound. but my wife phone only got vibate but no sound.. both our phone had already update to the latest wan.... tks

both are Note 3? coz i know note 3 got NO sound when u plug in charger by default, unless u download some app

Yeah, have to download the plug sound.

Also download phono so that you can see the telco logo at the top taskbar.
