Note 3 ear piece problem

anyone notice that when u use the ear phone that come with the phone to listen to music.... it very soft... the max is 15 n i need to on till 14 than can really enjoy the music....

unlike note 2... i only on till 3/4 it already very loud....

got any recommandation.....
