Its not the button is crooked. The construction of the button is loose hence the tendency to move about resulting in slight misalignment. There is nothing much you can do about it.

will it affect performance or durability of the phone? if not then bear with it for the trade off since this is a good phone on the overall. dont need to nitpick. if these news never come I think u may not notice. I guess some of u starting to paranoid the phone resale value liao.

Mine does but if Samsung doesn't count it as a defect I'll live with it if it doesn't affect performance.

I can almost predict they won't admit it as defect. so will u quickly sell away to unsuspecting buyers?

Ahhhh this is so irritating. My colleague's button is so stiff and rigid compared to mine. I went samsung center. Their display set also solid one!

interesting. like to know how Samsung will deal with it. anyone with this problem would like to contact Samsung?
