Don't understand y got people insist service is important as compare to price? If this is the case then might as well bought from Samsung direct flagship store at 1048, if price is not a concern then y u guys so focus on the price drop by 5-10. Price is obviously the issue instead of service. Who will go and buy the phone and sit on the shop for half a day ? If your phone got issue, do u bring to the shop or bring to Samsung for servicing?

My first experience with Red White Mobile.

When I was at Red White Mobile, I questioned the guy what happened if it is a telco set, he happily replied me that if it is a telco set when I opened the phone to check, he will open another set to change the telco set on the spot for me.

The two sets I opened are confirmed RETAIL set. He broke the seal right in front of me. There is no telco junk apps in both sets. I rejected the first set cos there is a paint defect (dimple) on the side silver lining. When I was still checking the second set, the guy already called his supplier n confirmed the return of the first defective set.

So unless that buyer of the complain never open the set and check on the spot, you cannot blame the shop. :)

I personally is happy with their service level.

Some high level checks.

Make sure the seal is broken in front of you.
Check physical appearance of phone especially the silver side for painting defect.
Check screen has no dead pixel.
Confirm no telco junk apps.
Test sound by changing ringtone.
Test S Pen functionalities.
Confirm all accessories are in the box.

I dun think most of the shops will give discount if you buy more sets. But dun quote me. The best is to check with them.

Cheapest I knew now is 870 at kasia. Second cheapest I knew is 885. 2 sets can save 30 dollars.

If I were you, I will go to the shop that has the lowest price. Save some dollars n perhaps buy some accessories for the new phones.

Yea but maybe to some they think it is worth to pay extra $15 for that 5 mins of good service/purchase time? Lol

Mine from j2 still have the Singtel sh1tware, not that I am fussy but I heard have a code that can remove it?:s11:

Haha i am buying it at Red White as i read the whole thread that they provide good services. Furthermore their website stated that any fault detected there, can do a 1 to 1 exchange. However for accessories, not going to get from here as it is expensive to me.

kasia also provide 1 to 1 exchange on the spot if your device opened is faulty. in fact all mobile shops practice that. anw kasia $870 + Spigen SP comparing to $880 red white with no Spigen SP. i sure choose the first option. there are also good recommendation for kasia too if u see from their FB page. $15 and a SP i guess worth at least $20++. if you willing to pay $20++ for good service, den its your choice haha.
