i agree about the part on trade in. the price that MS is offering for note 2 is low ($340 if you are purchasing from them)

i sold mine at a hp shop near my house last week also managed to get $405..

One piece low la, my nearby shops in Jurong west even at JE interchange can sell them 400-450 depending on condition & warranty. My note 2 set left with 3-4 months warranty in mint condition already had multi online offers of $430 to self collect.

Because of this thread, people go to less established, newer shops like Adix or Kasia instead.

They are all probably friends though, so heck.. as consumers we have different preferences, some want better price, some want better service The shops compete on different points as well.

Like why people went to MS to hoot N3 despite J2 selling cheaper, MS got better reputation and is more popular among people.

Same like ST and M1, ST more expensive, M1 cheaper but people still go ST for supposedly better coverage while others just go for cheapest M1.

3G also can't even stream properly...unless you like to download videos to your player. I rather download from computer then transfer. 4G is dope, matches well with the smoothness and speediness of the Note 3

I believe is during their constant busy hours it is hard to upkeep their services esp if short on staff. But got to admit they don't boast the best prices these days.

in the past, they were really busy but when it was one's turn to be served... they were really patient no matter how small amount the money to be spent. two staff manning.
