now market price is at least ~$20+ above apple store rrp, then use the money get the android phone you want at ~$880

Actually the folks at hti used to be friendly. There's this tall guy that's friendly. And when they were at bugis,the guy manning the store there was also friendly. The recent people at the store,somehow have a different approach to customers. Something I find puzzling.

these people in service line donch know want to earn must please the customer meh? .... not ask them to be dog wat, just be polite, be patience and witha smile ... what makes them think rude behaviour people still give them $$?? ... head skull crack issit?

also hitec mobile got rude ah beng ask him how much note 3 case, he just ignore you and tell you show him and he tell the price. they selling those cases, phone and accessories never stated price tag and no receipt given. Must PAY CASH.

i can't re-contract...
because wanted to keep my old 12GB plan...

only way to get new phone is buy from mobile shop or ask family releative to re-contract and buy from them
