Yes! It is not up to the standard yet as per said but one can't deny that 4G is so much faster than 3G ba as far as users are concerned!

We all know that Singapore is no Korea and Japan yet....

Can't speak for other Telcos

but Singtel is really smooth for me, esp since S4 and N3 support both of Singtel's LTE bands. It switches if one is busy.

Since they announced the completion of their network upgrades in June, I haven't had issues or lag even in previous problematic areas like Tampines Mall/Interchange area.

Yes, LTE 4G on Starhub is not amazing, I must agree as it is a pain to surf the net on my wife's Note 2. It is freaking fast on my Note 2 using singtel LTE though, and Note 3 now.
