note 3 problems with whatsapp?

Anyone experience this problem of ringtone when using whatsapp. It will sometimes ring 2 times whenever there is a whatsapp message. Can anyone help? The app will sometimes close and hang by itself.

Using only default tone. WhatsApp also not stable. Always shut down by itself.

As usual, clear cache and data in WhatsApp app. Uninstall it and reboot.

Then reinstall the WhatsApp to see how it goes. ,)

I did just that, but my whatsapp problem still persisted. Pls help.

delete the whatsapp folder in your phone and set it up again.

I found out that it only shut down when a whatsapp message received and at the same time I m using other application
