note 3 suddenly won't charge

Hi all. Has anyone ever experienced their note 3 suddenly unable to charge? Even after trying different cables and charger, it's still not charging.

happened on wife's set... when charger plug in, red led on and icon shows lighting for charging... but after a few hrs... shows a decree of power... think this happend only a few days back... been using for months ok...

it happen to my note before

cause: usd charging port damage

likely cos by power bank as head seem bigger than original charger

now i rather buy extra battery (brand:anker) instead of using power bank
