Note 3 system sound help

I seem to be unable to enable my system sound on my note 3.
E.g. I can't get sound for the presses, including phone dial tones.
Anyone has this problem?
Any solutions?

Ok, solved it. i resolved it by installing a 3rd party app to enable my systems sounds. Couldn't do it from the android settings.
