note 4 no response when plug into computer

as per title, any1 can advise what can i do now?
phone is charging when plugged into computer via usb but never prompt to xfer files etc like what it use to. 'my computer' also have nothing there

use to work fine for last wk, never update anything in my phone or computer. how can i now xfer music into my hp?

I also similar problem to urs, but cannot charge, sent to adix82 & found out motherboard problem, repair abt $400++, not worth it.
My is dual sim samsuck
