Note 4 ‘Screen Protector’ Controversy!

Saw a curved edge glass screen protector for iPhone 6, iloom something.. Wondering same thing may release for note 4 later

I have emailed iloome but they said they wouldn't. In fact it seems many manufacturers like spigen wouldn't release tempered glass for note 4 curved edge too.

Try if u could order mybat tempered glass from Amazon or eBay etc, my friend had one on his black note 4, it covers only the flat edge, but there's truly no bubble (his and mine note4 are both singtel preorder set). most importantly, it's cheap =p

I guessed he saw it via xdadevelop or android forum.

I tried to help a friend and my cousin to find a source that fits, but end up both also still have bubbles even with the version 2 (smaller pieces). In one of the phone the curve start before the edge of the screen ends. Meaning even if just cover the screen, still will have big gap at the sides. End up paste matte screen protector, even though it just cover from screen to screen on left and right side, still got a bit of gap. NB.

me too. now only feel like i should just remove the plastic screen protector and use naked screen. i used tempered glass screen protector on S4 for more than a year. no way to compromise hehe

Just back from adix shop. Changed my ver2 tempered glass to privacy 1. No bubbles at surrounding edge at all. Overall i m satisfied. Privacy protector mostly of it will blurred n darken i guess. If it can covered the whole top part till the speaker side will b best but i can live with it.

Apart from p2o who use scheme to cheat ppl to paying 29 when he post $9. ( and still get big bubble) the kind of shop u should stay away from if u need glass protector.
Clasy Korea is out there with a warranty to make sure if bubble appear, u will get to change to a newer version once it's available. That's the assurance clasy Korea is giving and not even spigen can match it.

Skinny86 will get a newer version once available if his bubble for the new batch appear to be out of proportion. This is an assurance for him. U will get the same treatment too.

After pasting 100 pcs of glass for note 4. I have enough prove to show u on different note 4 with different kind of curve and different degree in the bubble. Note all note 4 screen curve the same. U are welcome to take a look at the photo. U are welcome to try to apply one 2 different note 4 if u wan to but u have to edit your statement if I am correct.
I have already communicated with samsung and they are aware of it and will monitor the situation. That is how Samsung listen to customer and work on feedbacks.

was he banned because of this? Premium HWZ member also kena banned.

i like that he brings in special export handsets though.

from my understanding, oleophobic is just a coating isn't it? No matter how good it is, it will still tear off from it. Please advise as I want to get one too.

You don't tear off the coating. It simply wears off as you slide your finger tips on the surface. But there're really no true solution to the problem of finger prints... you just have to wipe the screen.
