Note II Microsoft Exchange Activesync fail - anyone can help?

hi guys,

am using a Note II

been encountering the issues of email accounts not syncing very well with 3G / LTE. I have done the below steps but still not able.

- reset phone / restart / on off phone
- delete email account / set new email account
- change from 3G to LTE / from LTE to 3G
- sometimes using WIFI, still can update inbox and sync. but with only mobile data, totally cannot.

anybody can help? real desperate now.
