Note4x bootloop issue. Any shop can fix?

Hi, wonder if anyone knows where can fix bootloop (the screen just loads and reboot on and on and on and on.) for my xiaomi note 4x

Tried a couple stores in my neighbourhood and they don't seem to do anything beyond basic hardware replacement.

Mine is a export set (bought it in China); I believe Xiaomi service center don't don't repair export set. Any kind souls out here please help me out!

Problem solved. Got someone from Carousell to repair it. $30 and about an hour to resolve it. Great guy, knows his way around phones. For anyone who needs repair service just search "debugger" or "Xiaomi MIUI Services".

Is it Snapdragon or Helios? From what I read about that listing, someone on that page highlighted to the seller that he bought Note 4 which was advertised to be Snapdragon, ended up it's a Helios. He sent back the phone to get a refund.
