note5 cannot fast charge

My new note 5 strangely lost its fast charging capability.
Why so ?
Anyone have this same issue and resolved it?
Should i send in to samsung service?

Problem with the supplied cable from the box?

Try using another 2.0 Micro-USB cable.

This problem has been reported by several users here in this forum (myself included). Using another cable (can be from other brands) will usually solve this problem.

Do note that another user reported sending the phone, charger and cable to the Samsung Service Centre and the conclusion was that the charger was faulty.

So, try another cable first. If that does not work, then it may be charger fault or even worse, phone issue.
