Notebook Microphone Not Working

Advice Needed for Microphone not working: I recently reinstall my Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 with Windows 10 ... everything seems to to be working fine except for my microphone, can not seems to be able to record via the notebook or external device. Perform my Windows Updates but with not luck. I think I've tried whatever I can? Do you have any suggestion how to fix the issue or who I can bring my notebook to fix my issue? I suspect its a software vs hardware issue. Thanks
