notebook nvidia driver shows code 43

Hello

Did a clean install of Win 10 and latest nvidia driver from nvidia resulted in code 43 in the device manager. Intel gpu driver was ok.
Performed clean install using DDU but stlll showing code 43.
Installed Win 8.1 gpu drivers from notebook maker (no gpu driver for Win 10 listed in their Win 10 support) but still showing code 43.

nvidia gpu died?

Any idea from you guys?
